Quiet Corner products are digital PDF files for you to download and print. No physical workbook or supplies are shipped. Please check the product description, language, page count and paper size before purchasing.
Download or file problems
If your download email is missing, check your spam or junk folder first. If a link does not work, a file is damaged or the delivered file does not match your purchase, contact us with your order number and checkout email. We will help you access the correct file or address the problem.
Accidental purchases
If you bought the wrong pack or placed a duplicate order, contact us as soon as possible. Tell us what happened and whether you have downloaded the file so we can review your request. Please do not make another purchase to resolve a download problem before contacting us.
Returns and refunds
Digital files cannot be physically returned. Once a file has been downloaded, we generally do not offer refunds for a change of mind. This does not prevent us from helping with a faulty, incorrect or inaccessible file, or affect any rights that apply to your purchase. Contact us so we can review the issue and an appropriate resolution.
